Students and Student Organization Representatives must begin their event planning and reservation process via the Student Union website.
Faculty & Staff
Reserve or inquire about the Bookstore Community Room, Wilbur Cross North Reading Room, Konover Auditorium, or Rome Commons Ballroom.
Internal & External Event Booking
Internal and external inquiries about booking an event or conference at UConn.
